Nice unit, gives off very good heat. Assembly mostly easy (taking the protective film off the metal is a real hassle, takes a long time). Wish the top shield was 1 piece, not 3 that'd require nuts and bolts that are quite visable. Easy to light. Shelf is very handy. Warning, if you buy the protective cover like I did, make sure to secure the heater well, the cover was like a sail and caused it to knock over on a windy day and bent the shield and pole (cust srvc was great sent me free replacement). Overall value is good, but some cheaper versions are available on the market... not sure the differences though...

a great add to outdoor space and easy assemble
I'm very excited to own my very first patio heater and this one did not let me down. I get cold easily so I usually ask to sit next to the heater when dining out. The other day an idea came to my mind "why don't I buy my own one?" So I spent a few days just browsing around and found this one. It's very easy to assemble. I am not a handy person but was able to set it up within half an hour following the instruction. I had to go to the local store to grab a gas tank but it's totally fine with me. I will definitely use it when we have guests coming over for dinner since it's perfect for a cold winter night. It brings about a good atmostphere too. I will try to post some photos later on.

Awesome Customer Service!
The heater was pretty straightforward to assemble, but the top assembly had a dent in it. I contacted customer service about it, half expecting to be blown off, but they answered my email right away, apologized for the dent and sent a replacement part that I got the next week. My only complaint, and I may have missed it in the description, is that the heater photo in the Amazon listing looked black and the color is most definitely bronze. Not a deal breaker, but I was a bit surprised when I unpacked it. Besides that, the heater works great and has the build of a quality product. And you really can’t beat the customer service.

Great for backyard patio
Really surprised on how much heat it puts out, able to heat a good area of our patio with little heat output. Great for movie nights on the deck when it gets cool.

Puts out some nice heat but it's cheap feeling
I have been wanting to get one of these heaters for some time. I decided on this one because of reviews and price. I don't often get buyers remorse when buying a cheaper version of something but with this product, I'm not thrilled. Every part in the box had some sort of scuff, dent or ding. The screws simply go into a punched and threaded sheetmetal hole which aren't strong. The parts are broken down so small to fit in the box that there are exposed screws everywhere. The heat deflector is aluminum and in 4 parts. It is all bolted together all over the place. It is also dented and out of shape so it doesn't sit true up on the top and is crooked. The cover around the tank rubs very hard on the hose when connected to the tank. The cover should either be a little larger or there should be a 90 degree fitting connecting to the tank. The upright section could be difficult to make straight with all the flimsy connections and it wont take much of a knock or bump to damage it. The listing seems to be very proud of the "Double Screen" heating element but this is clearly a single screen. Not sure of the pros or cons either way. I gave it 3 stars simply because it does put out a nice array of heat but overall the unit is the cheapest feeling and looking thing I've purchased on amazon. If I decide to purchase another one, It wont be this one.

So Far, So Good
We have only used this heater three times to date, but the heat output is as good as any that I've experienced, including restaurants. It was relatively easy to assemble and instructions were straightforward.
Minor complaint is maneuverability...even with the wheels it is somewhat difficult to move.

Exceeded Expectations
After a bit of research, I decided to buy this patio heater. Our previous heater lasted for 10 years but was almost always a hassle to light, so my expectations were that, while this would be a new patio heater, I would have similar experiences with the ease (or lack of) in lighting it. First, it was fairly easy to assemble, although the package with the numbers bolts and screws didn't align with the numbered written instructions. Took a moment to realize that. Then, there was one bolt that was shorter than the rest so we weren't able to use it, so hoping that doesn't cause a long-term issue. Not a big deal. The packaging was simple so it was easy to identify parts as I pulled them from the shipping box. Second, it's a nice looking heater. And third, much to my amazement, it lit as soon as I pressed the igniter button and has done so every time we've used it in the past 2 weeks. So far, so good .... rather excellent!

Heat output is AHHMAZINGGGGGG!!!! I was sweating under the heater. LOVE these! We bought 2 and already had another brand. These are better! High is too high which is great as this will definitely allow us to extend our outdoor patio time! Get this one!

Perfect addition to my backyard experience!
Love this patio heater, setting up is easy and I have been using everyday since I set it up outdoor. Now I can spend time on the patio even during winter. There’s also a mini shelf so I can place my drinks on it. The base is very stable after filling the bottom reservoir with sand. I am considering to get another one so I can accommodate when I have guests over.

Great outdoor product！
This outdoor patio heater quality is great. Detailed instructions make installation easier. After the machine is turned on, it heats up quickly, there is no bad smell, and the range of heat is great.With it, winter barbeques in the yard are very enjoyable. There have 2 smooth wheels will help me move it to the desired place,very convenient. Base reservoir and ground fixers make it more stable and safe.
As for the price, you really get what you pay for It was the perfect shopping trip.
