Covered with special PVC plastic and metal, these adjustable weights help hit those muscles hard and stimulate growth. Unlike traditional adjustable dumbbell sets, the bags attached at the ends of this can actually be filled up with water weight.
Best part of all, there are multiple bags provided which can simply be filled up with water and fixed at the ends. In total, the weight when all bags are placed on the adjustable weight dumbbells equals 55 lbs each.
